摘    要:为快速、便捷地获得20号钢球化等级,避免传统金相组织观察比对法存在主观判断偏差和制作金相试样的过程烦琐,实验采用简易的硬度测量法对20号钢的硬度进行测量,并对测量数据进行相关性分析,得到20号钢平均硬度值与球化等级线性负相关的特性。采用最小二乘法拟合得到20号钢平均硬度值与球化等级的线性回归关系式,并据此关系式实现对未知球化等级的20号钢进行测定。通过硬度测量法测定的未知球化等级20号钢,与金相组织观察比对法的评定结果基本吻合。

Abstract:To obtain the spheroidization level of 20 steel quickly and conveniently,the subjective judgment deviation by traditional metallographic structure observation comparison method and the tedious process of making metallographic samples are avoided.Through a simple hardness measurement of 20 steel,the characteristics of linear negative relativity of average hardness value and spheroidization level is discovered.Applying the fitting method of least square,the linear regression equation is obtained,which is used to determine the unknown spheroidization level of 20 steel.Meanwhile,through hardness measurement unknown spheroidization level of 20 is evaluated,the result of which is similar to the result of metallographic structure observation.
