静电除尘器气流分布数值模拟

摘    要:简要分析了电除尘器在干法除尘系统中的重要作用。指出了除尘效率的高低是衡量除尘系统的关键参数,而气流分布是影响电除尘器效率的重要因素。通过计算流体力学软件对电除尘器内部流场进行数值模拟。根据主要影响气流分布的因素确定了4种方案进行模拟,并对结果进行对比分析,最终为电除尘器气流分布的设计提供了建议。

Abstract:This study briefly analyzed the importance of an electrostatic precipitator in the dry dust removal system of converter gas.It also established that the dust collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator is the key factor in the dry dust removal system.The airflow distribution is crucial for the efficiency of an electrostatic precipitator.The numerical simulation of the electric precipitator internal flow was performed using computational fluid dynamics software.There were four schemes to simulate according to the main effect of the airflow distribution factors, and the results were analyzed.Subsequently, recommendations are provided for designing the airflow distribution of an electrostatic precipitator.
