多孔载体中微型动物与原位剩余污泥减量的相关性

摘    要:通过投加多孔载体处理人工配制的生活污水,培养驯化活性污泥挂膜成功后,在稳定运行60 d内,对系统污泥减量效果以及其与载体中微型动物进行了研究。结果表明:系统剩余污泥真实产率为 0.054 g SS/g COD,表观产率为0.045~0.052 g SS/g COD之间,剩余污泥真实产率与表观产率基本吻合,稳定运行期间,多孔载体中生物膜生长代谢良好;与传统活性污泥法比较,污泥减量效果明显;固着型纤毛虫和后生动物数量的变化,对剩余污泥浓度影响较大;筛选具有代表性微型动物与系统中剩余污泥浓度进行了相关分析,发现其中钟虫和红斑瓢体虫相关系数最大,分别为0.915和-0.813,可作为剩余污泥浓度的指示性微生物。

Abstract:This study was designed to investigate the correlation between microfauna on porous carrier and excess sludge in situ reduction. After cultivation and domestication of activated sludge, added porous carrier to the system and treated artificial sewage, operated for 60 days. The results demonstrated that the real yield of the excess sludge was 0.054 g SS/g COD, the apparent yield was from 0.045 to 0.052 g SS/g COD, agreed with the real yield, the growth and metabolism of activated sludge were well in the period. Compared with conventional methods, the effect of system sludge reduction was significantly. Sessile ciliates and metazoan had greater impacts on concentration of excess sludge. Correlation analysis on representative microfauna and concentration of excess sludge, the correlation coefficient of vorticella and erythema floating body insect was 0.915, -0.813 accordingly, both of all were considered as organisms indicating in the excess sludge system.
