摘    要:采用硅质壳和硅藻土作为吸附剂去除溶液中纺织染料亚甲基蓝,探讨了吸附剂用量对吸附脱色的影响。结果显示,当硅质壳投入量为0.5 g/L,该吸附剂对亚甲基蓝的去除率可达90%。实验结果表明,硅质壳和硅藻土对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合Langmuir等温模型和伪二级动力学模型,最大吸附量分别为150.376 mg/g和15.131 mg/g。热力学研究表明,硅质壳和硅藻土对亚甲基蓝的吸附是一自发、放热过程。

Abstract:Frustules and diatomite were utilized as adsorbents for the removal of textile dye methylene blue.The effect of sorbent dosage on the removal efficiency of methylene blue was investigated.The experimental results showed that the removal efficiency of methylene blue could reach up to 90% with a frustule dosage of 0.5 g/L.The adsorption process could be described well by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir model.The maximum adsorption capacities were 150.376 and 15.131 mg/g, respectively.Thermodynamic experiments indicated that the adsorption of methylene blue on frustules and diatomite is a spontaneous and exothermic process.
