微生物菌剂对油脂废水除臭的工艺条件试验研究

摘    要:利用微生物菌剂对某油脂工业的油脂废水进行除臭处理,通过研究微生物接种量、反应时间、pH值、培养温度等环境因素对高嗅阈值的油脂废水除臭效果的影响,确定出最佳运行条件。实验结果表明,在菌体接种量为1.0%,pH 8.0,温度为35℃的条件下,除臭效果最好,处理后的嗅阈值仅为16,达到国家二级排放标准(GB14554-1993)。

Abstract:A special microorganism was cultivated for odor removal from oil-fat industrial wastewater.Experiment was carried out to investigate the environmental factors including microorganism dosage,reaction time,pH and temperature on odor removal.The best efficiency was obtained under the operation conditions of 1.0% of microbe vaccination quantity,pH 8.0 and temperature 35℃.The threshold odor number was only 16,which can meet national discharge standard.
