微电解-Fenton法处理拉米夫定废水试验研究

摘    要:分别采用微电解-Fenton氧化串联工艺和H2O2强化微电解工艺预处理难降解拉米夫定工业废水,通过对有机物、色度去除率的优选和反应过程中Fe2+浓度变化的分析,确定了最佳工艺及工艺运行方式。结果表明,微电解-Fenton氧化串联工艺宜采用微电解阶段后调节pH值的运行方式,与不调节pH值的运行方式相比,CODCr去除率提高了6.85%;H2O2强化微电解工艺,反应100min时,CODCr去除率为71.71%,色度去除率为98.15%,与微电解-Fenton氧化串联工艺相比反应时间短,投加药剂费用少,不需另设专门Fenton反应设备。通过废水处理前后的UV/Vis吸收光谱图比较,表明2种工艺对拉米夫定废水具有较理想的处理效果但最终降解产物不同。

Abstract:Pretreatment of refractory Lamivudine wastewater by micro-electrolysis and Fenton oxidation tandem process and hydrogen peroxide strengthened micro-electrolysis process was studied.Optimal process and operating mode were obtained by changing experimental conditions which could increase the organic and chromaticity removal rate and analysis of Fe2+ concentration.The results show that micro-electrolysis and Fenton oxidation tandem process should adjust pH value after micro electrolysis stage,it increases 6.85...
