摘    要:以聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠为包埋刺,将细菌胞壁多糖进行包埋固定后,以吸附铜、锌和镍的能力为考察指标,从机械强度、传质性和耐酸性等方面综合考虑确定了固定化小球最佳配方。按照此最佳配方进行吸附能力验证实验,结果发现,该固定化小球对铜、锌和镍的吸附量分别达到0.9571mg/g、0.7843mg/g和0.4548mg/g,且机械强度、传质性和耐酸性都较好。

Abstract:In this study,two materials,namely,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and sodium alginate were used as entrapping agents to produce immobilized cell wall polysaccharides,the ability of adsorbing cuprum、zinc and nickel were taken as the review criterion.At the same time,comprehensively considering from the aspects of mechanical strength,transmission medium properties and acid-proof ect.,superior immobilized cell wall polysaccharides beads were chosen as the optimal conditions of entrapping.And the verification experiments were combined to carry on according to the optimal conditions of entrapping,as a result,it is found that the capacity of the immobilized beads adsorbing cuprum,zinc and nickel were attained to 0.9571mg/g,0.7843mg/g and 0.4548mg/g,respectively.It is observed that the mechanical strength,the transmission medium quality and acid-proof are all better.
