煤矿安全质量标准化管理信息系统的开发与应用

摘    要:针对我国安全质量标准化工作日常考核和汇总繁琐且不利于统计分析的问题,采用ASP.NET与SQL Server的技术,以国家煤矿安全质量标准化及考评办法为依据,融合煤矿企业安全质量标准化的现场管理考评实际,开发设计了包括政策查询、考评标准和方法查询学习、考核评级、结果查询、统计分析、后台管理在内的6大功能模块的煤矿安全质量标准化管理信息系统,并在某矿业集团进行了实际应用。在理论与实例应用的基础上,得出系统可以有效对安全质量标准化标准自查过程的记录,对隐患按项目进行归类管理,对检查结果进行统计分析,及时跟踪处理现场存在的安全隐患。

Abstract:This paper is aimed at introducing a standard safety quality information management system in coal-mining corporations developed by present authors according to the particular coal-production situations in China.The system has been worked out in close conformity with the actual coal-mining safety problems,such as quality production standardization,safety-measure examination approach and the site management practice,including six modules,viz.,the safety and quality standard queries,evaluation criteria and methods of inquiry inspection,safety and quality production standardized ratings,statistical analysis of safety and quality standards,safety and quality standard-control assessment system.For the routine assessment,the entire safety quality standardization system is so complicated that it may not be conducive to the statistical analysis.Therefore,we have also developed the safety quality standardization information management system of coal mining production based on ASP.NET and SQL Server Techniques accordingly.The application results show that it is of key importance for the safety management personnel in charge of control and management of the entire management system to input the corresponding information into the system effectively used to trace likely mining defects in any link in the whole system.And,then,according to the inspection results categorized or classified,the system would automatically detect the likely problems,it is highly convenient for the safety management personnel to track and trace the likely hazards that may exist in the coal mine site or sites.In addition,the mining company headquarters shall record the results of the safety quality standardization management inspection,classify the hidden troubles according to the inspection registrations and then rectify and relieve the risks from happening.And,finally,the statistical analysis of the items which may likely be neglected is expected to disclose the hidden faults as a result of the professional project scoring according to the time and sequential statistical analysis at every mining spot.
