摘    要:目前地下水环境影响预测评价工作缺少完整的体系,污染评价不全面,无法及时捕捉污染事件或防控方案可执行性差的现象时有发生。总结了地下水环境影响预测中的主要问题,利用已有数值模型进行地下水受污过程评价,设计跟踪监测和防控方案、协同污染防控,提出"污染过程预测评价","跟踪监测方案设计"及"污染防控方案设计"的三层金字塔预测评价体系,同时以贵州西南岩溶区某场区为例,评价潜在的地下水环境并设计监测防控协同系统,以期在一定程度上为同类工作开展提供参考。

Abstract:Groundwater environmental impact prediction and assessment is an exploratory stage,and there is a lack of complete and systematic solution for this process.Incomplete pollution assessment,inefficient detection of pollution incidents and poor practicability of the preventive and control plan happened in many cases.In this paper,three main problems in groundwater environmental impact prediction and assessment were summarized.Particular emphasis was placed on assessing the pollution process of groundwater,designing the monitoring,preventing and controlling plan and cooperating all of these three parts to control pollutant based on numerical modeling.A three-layered pyramid system,comprised of “ pollution processes prediction and assessment”,“ tracing monitoring designing” and “ pollution control designing”,was presented.Furthermore,the research used three-layered pyramid system to assess potential pollution and to build monitoring,preventing and controlling network for a project which located in karst area in northwest Guizhou as an example.The results of this work might provide some scientific basis and guidance for future works.
