活性炭处理汽修喷烤漆废气工艺优化研究

摘    要:汽修喷烤漆废气中的挥发性有机物污染问题日益突出。以目前常用的活性炭吸附净化法为研究对象,结合行业特征,系统分析了活性炭种类、活性炭装填量、废气停留时间、废气成分、废气温度、废气湿度等因素对挥发性有机废气净化效果的影响,并根据各因素的影响规律提出了优化措施。

Abstract:More and more attention was paid to air pollution in recent years,especially VOCs from spray-painting waste gas of vehicle maintenance and repair industry.The adsorption and purification method of activated carbon were studied,according to the characteristics of the industry,the influence of factors on the purification of VOCs were analyzed,including the type of activated carbon,activated carbon loading,residence time,composition,temperature,velocity of waste gas.According to the effect rule of various factors,the optimization measures were proposed.
