铁铝共聚物对北方酒厂底锅水去浊效果的研究

摘    要:研究了无机高分子絮凝剂-铁铝共聚物(CPAFC)(0.1 mol/L)对中国北方酒厂底锅水的絮凝去浊效果。结果表明:在pH为3左右(原水pH)时,CPAFC(ρ(Fe)/ρ(Al)=3∶7)对酒厂底锅水的最佳絮凝去浊条件是:CPAFC投加量为26.7 mL/L,搅拌后静置25 min,此时去浊率可达到90%以上,COD去除率可达70%以上。

Abstract:The effect of inorganic-macromolecular-flocculant copolymers of Al(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅲ) (CPAFC) (0.1 mol/L) on the flocculation of bottom pot water in a winery in north China was studied.The results showed that when the pH was around three,the dosage of CPAFC was 26.7 mL/L,the water was stired for a period then stood for25 min,CPAFC (Fe/Al =3∶7)had the best effect on turbidity removal rate (90%) and COD removal rate (70%).
