危险废物焚烧厂环境污染控制与风险管理水平评价指标体系研究与应用

摘    要:采用德尔菲法、层次分析法和五分制综合评分法,构建了危险废物焚烧厂环境污染控制与风险管理水平评价指标体系。从选址、技术和管理的角度,制定了31个评价指标,并归纳为8个准则层指标群,通过计算权重和对评价指标的赋分,实现对危险废物焚烧厂环境污染控制与风险管理水平的量化评价。应用结果表明:华南某市两家危险废物焚烧厂的环境污染控制与风险管理水平分值分别为3.34和4.38,分别处于良好和先进的水平。

Abstract:Recently,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) has been frequently detected in soil as a class of hydrophobic organic pollutants throwing risk to human health.Various PAHs could be analyzed under the same HPLC conditions,however,more accurate test conditions of HPLC needed for better quantitative analysis of a single PAH.Fluorene was chosed as target PAH,acetic acid,acetone,ethanol and methanol were used as solvents to prepare the solution of flurene with concentrations ranged from 0 to 60 mg/L,the series of solution was detected by HPLC,as a result of the experiment,standard curve lines were obtained with the correlation coefficient of 0.9990 ~ 1.0000;besides,the optimal mechanical oscillation time in the thermostatic shaker was explored when fluorene was attached to the soil and extracted from the soil,the optimal attach time was 10 h and the optimal extract time was 1 h;at last,extraction rate of four solvents for flurene was tested and the conclusion showed that the extraction rate order was acetic acid > acetone > ethanol > methanol.
