摘    要:为研究X形(星形)密封圈在静、动密封工作时的力学性能,通过拟合实验数据得到橡胶Mooney-Rivilin模型参数,利用ABAQUS软件建立X形密封圈仿真模型,采用正交试验方法研究了预压缩量、介质压力、硬度、温度对密封圈静密封的影响,以及速度、摩擦系数对其动密封力学性能的影响。结果表明:密封圈在有介质压力时的应力分布更不均匀;在静密封过程中,影响密封圈最大Von Mises应力的因素主次顺序为:介质压力>预压缩量>温度>硬度,影响主密封面上最大接触应力的因素主次顺序为:介质压力>硬度>预压缩量>温度;在动密封过程中,内行程速度、摩擦系数对密封圈应力的影响更加显著。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical properties of X-shape (starlike) sealing ring in the static and dynamic sealing operation, the Mooney-Rivilin model parameters of rubber were obtained through fitting the experimental data, and a simulation model of X-shape sealing ring was established by ABAQUS software. The influence of pre-compression quantity, medium pressure, hardness and temperature on the static sealing of sealing ring was studied by using the orthogonal test method, as well as the influence of speed and friction coefficient on its mechanical properties of dynamic sealing. The results showed that the stress distribution of sealing ring with medium pressure is more uneven. In the process of static sealing, the important order of factors affecting the maximum Von Mises stress of sealing ring is medium pressure, compression, temperature and hardness from large to small, and the important order of factors affecting the maximum contact stress on the main sealing surface is medium pressure, hardness, pre-compression quantity and temperature from large to small. In the process of dynamic sealing, the influence of inward stroke speed and friction coefficient on the stress of sealing ring is more obvious.
