摘    要:以AlCl·36H2O、FeCl·36H2O和CO(NH)22为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备微波诱导催化剂Fe2O3/Al2O3,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其结构进行了表征,研究了加入聚乙二醇(PEG200)作为分散剂对产物的影响。结果表明:加入体积分数为0.05%PEG后,对于20mg/L的甲基橙模拟废水,在微波功率为900W,催化剂投加量为2g/L,处理5min后脱色率可达95.8%。

Abstract:Microwave induced catalyst Fe2O3/Al2O3 was synthesized by homogenous precipitation method,using AlCl3· 6H2O,FeCl3·6H2O and CO(NH2)2 as material.The structural properties of powder were characterized by XRD techniques.The effect of polyethylene glycol dispersants(PEG200)on the product was studied.Results showed that the color removal of methyl orange wastewater(20mg/L)was 95.8% after 5min treatment of 2g/L catalyst at microwave power of 900W when adding 0.05% PEG.
