摘    要:以江西乐安江流域受矿山活动影响的祝家村,戴村、蔡家湾村和上游参照点香田村人发为主要研究对象,应用原子荧光光昔法(AFS)测定人发中As含量,研究江西乐安江流域居民人发申As的分布.研究结果表明:1)本地区居民发As含量主要集中在0.01~0.25μg/g之间.2)主要饮食避开来自地质环境污染,位子矿区的祝家村村民发As...

Abstract:Content of As in the hair of Zhu Jia,Daicun,Cai Jiawan and Xiangtian residents was determined by Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy(AFS).The experimental site was situated at the villages of Zhu Jia,Daicun and Cai Jiawan on the Le'an River;the control site was located upstream of the Le'an River at the village of Xiangtian.The results can be concluded as following:1)the As content in the hair of four village residents is mainly from 0.01 μg/g to 0.25 μg/g.2)The As content of in the hair of Zhujia is lower than of Daicun.The overall average As concentration distribution pattern in hair of of the four village residents is: AsDaicun>AsZhujia >AsCaijiawan >AsXiangtian.3)The correlations between the As content of scalp hair and age,sex are complex.Under the linear correlation condition,the As content in scalp hair has the poor positive correlation with age.The As content in the scalp hair shows no significant differences between male and female in most areas,while significant differences in a few areas.
