不确定环境下危险废弃物物流网络优化研究

摘    要:研究危险废弃物物流网络构建的各个不确定因素,构建基于成本和风险最优的危险废弃物物流网络多目标多周期优化模型,然后设计了相应的遗传算法,并通过算例验证了模型及算法的有效性。从不同置信水平导致的优化结果不同可知,由于不确定性因素的存在,导致所设计的物流网络留有一定的容错空间,对设施、设备和人力资源造成浪费。故进行多周期规划,降低网络中各个因素的不确定性,可有效降低成本,减少风险。

Abstract:The uncertain factors in the construction of logistics network for hazardous waste were studied. A multi-objective and multi-period optimization model on logistics network for hazardous waste based on optimizing cost and risk was established. The corresponding genetic algorithm was designed, and the effectiveness of model and algorithm was validated by an example. From the different optimization results caused by different confidence level, it can be seen that due to the existence of uncertain factors, the designed logistics network has a certain fault tolerant space, which leads to the waste of facilities, equipments and human resources. Through making multi-period plan, the uncertainty of each factor in the network can be reduced, so as to effectively reduce the cost and risk.
