| Abstract: | Water which is vital basis for oasis environment and economic constriction decides directly the environment-construction scale ,direction and lever .Studying the forming theory and the ecological meaning have the profound theoretical and practical meaning for the developing strategy and distributing all of the valley .As the intri-land river of arid-land in XinJiang ,ecological construction and pollution among original ,middle ,downward and mountain ,oasis,desert entirely are decided the utilizing of water resource most effectively and accurately. |
