| 摘 要： | 从江苏省实际情况出发,构建了经济、能源和环境三个系统的协调度指标评价体系,采用德尔菲法和主成分法确定指标权重,对江苏省13个市进行了单系统、两两系统和综合系统的协调度分析评价,得出江苏省绝大多数市处于不协调状态,同时提出了相关的政策建议.
