2006年9-10月国内安全事故统计分析

统计了2006年9-10月国内发生的各种安全事故278起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故.统计表明,在这些事故中,交通事故最多,占52.88%,其次是矿业事故(20.14%)、其他事故(11.15%)、爆炸事故(7.55%)、火灾(5.04%)、毒物泄露和中毒(3.24%).278起事故共死亡1 053人,伤1 321人,死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故53.85%、矿业事故24.60%、其他事故9.78%、火灾6.55%、爆炸事故3.89%、泄露中毒1.33%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故39 44%、泄露中毒35.43%、矿业事故10.67%、爆炸事故5.37%、其他事故5.15%、火灾3.94%.

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from September to October in 2006

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from September to October in 2006.There are 278 accidents in total,which can be summarized and classified into six categories: mining industry,traffic,explosion,leakage and poisoning,fire,and the others.Of all the 278 accidents,the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 20.14%,52.88%,7.55%,3.24%,5.04%,and 11.15% respectively.The total casualty is 1 053 and the percentages for the six categories are 24.60%,53.85%,3.89%,1.33%,6.55%,and 9.78% respectively.The number of the wounded is 1 321 and the percentages for the six categories are 10.67%,39.44%,5.37%,35.43%,3.94%,and 5.15% respectively.The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Shaanxi(23 accidents),Sichuan(22),Guizhou(22),Hunan(18),and Guangdong(17).The top five provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Sichuan(80 dead),Shaanxi(77),Chongqing(71),Zhejiang(68),and Guizhou(67).And the top five provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Hubei(448 wounded),Sichuan(91),Gansu(89),Shaanxi(86),and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(62).
