2009年11-12月国内安全生产事故统计分析

统计了2009年11-12月国内发生的各种安全生产事故234起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄漏和中毒及其他事故.统计表明,在234起事故中,交通事故最多,占62.82%,其次是矿业事故(11.11%)、爆炸事故(9.83%)、其他事故(8.55%)、、火灾(5.13%)毒物泄漏和中毒(2.56%).234起事故共死亡981人,伤597人,死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故56.78%、矿业事故23.75%、其他事故6.73%、爆炸事故6.12%、火灾4.49%、泄漏中毒2.14%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故68.84%、爆炸事故12.73%、其他事故8.04%、矿业事故6.83%、泄漏中毒2.35%、火灾1.17%.

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from November to December in 2009

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from November to December in 2009. There are 234 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories: mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 234 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 11.11%, 62.82%, 9.83%, 2.56%, 5.13%, and 8.55% respectively. The total casualty is 981 and the percentages for the six categories are 23.75%, 56.78%, 6.12%, 2.14%, 4.49%, and 6.73% respectively. The number of the wounded is 597 and the percentages for the six categories are 6.83%, 68.84%, 12.73%, 2.35%, 1.17%, and 8.04% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Guangdong (23 accidents), Yunnan (20), Guizhou (19), Guangxi (18), and Sichuan(18). The top five provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Heilongjiang (142 dead), Guangdong (85), Yunnan (79), Guizhou (71), and Sichuan (70). And the top five provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Sichuan (56 wounded), Guizhou (54), Yunnan (44), Jiangsu (38), and Heilongjiang (32).
