| Abstract: | Taking shenyang as a example,the systematical struction of total water pollutants discharge amount control in urban is introduced in the paper.The principal and method to determine the factors of total amount control,the countermeasurement to reach the total amount control targets,the check and management of total amount control are also discussed in the paper. |
