摘    要:介绍了CO泄漏点的自控检测及报警系统的原理、硬件电路设计、系统软件设计及主要技术指标。并就其在铁合金矿热炉CO泄漏点上的应用与美、德国家产品进行了经济对比,在性能一样的情况下,优于国外产品,应用前景很好。

Abstract:The principle,system hardware and software design,and primary technique parameter of an automatic monitor and alarm system for carbon monoxide leak are introduced at this paper. The use of this system in carbon monoxide leak place at the ferroalloy furnace and the economic comparison between this system and U. S. , German product are made. The result of comparison shows that this system is more excellent than abroad product under the performance is the same. The application prospect of this system is very good.
