| 摘 要： | 本文通过对制约２１ 世纪中国经济发展重要因素之一的耕地资源及其生产力、承载力、支持力的分析，阐述了耕地养育力的概念、特征及其与耕地可持续利用的关系，在进一步分析耕地可持续利用的基础上，提出了提高耕地生产力、承载力，实施可持续发展的对策

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the conception, trait of the productivity, the bearing capacity and the ecological stewardship of cultivated land, the most important restricted factors in the development of China's economy in the 21st century. Then it discusses the relationship between the supportability and sustainable utilization of cultivated land, and finally, puts forward suggestions on how to have a sustainable utilization of cultivated land in China. |
