| Abstract: | This paper analyses the function of markets and the roles of the government under the conditions of socialist market economy. It is pointed out that optimizing deployment of natural resources through markets, reinforcing the macro-control of the government and employing economic and legal means are the important ways to realize scientific management of natural reousrces. |
