膜法富氧助燃技术应用于工业锅炉节能减排的研究

摘    要:膜法富氧助燃技术就是采用高分子膜法产生氧气含量大于21%的富氧空气,根据工业锅炉的结构特点、燃料特性和运行工况,采用独特的喷嘴喷射技术,将富氧空气喷入炉膛燃烧区助燃。将膜法富氧助燃技术用于工业锅炉,不仅能使燃料充分燃烧、优化火焰燃烧特性、提高热量有效利用率、减少热量损失、降低燃料消耗,还能减少烟尘、CO及SO2等污染物的排放,从而有利于提高环境空气质量。
