| 摘 要： | 探讨了海岸侵蚀灾害损失的评估方法，给出了土地经济损失、植被经济损失、基础设施经济损失、新建防护工程和修复工程投入的费用以及旅游价值损失等各项海岸侵蚀灾害导致的经济损失的计算方法，并选取土地损失面积、直接经济损失、旅游价值损失三个指标，以行政区为单位来确定海岸侵蚀灾害的灾度等级。最后应用该评估方法对大连市海岸侵蚀灾害损失进行评估。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the assessment method of coastal erosion disaster loss, and gives the calculation methods of economic loss caused by coastal erosion disaster, including economic loss of land, economic loss of vegetation, economic loss of infrastructure, cost of new-built protective protect and restoration project, loss of tourism value.The paper selects two indexes of land loss area and direct economic loss to determine the disaster degree of coastal erosion with administrative district as unit.Finally, the assessment method is used to evaluate the coastal erosion disaster loss of Dalian. |
