| 摘 要： | “九五”期间兰州市城区空气总体污染水平变化不大，黄河兰州段地表水总体污染水平呈明显下降趋势，市区环境噪声总体污染水平则呈稳定态势。应根据存在的环境问题及形成原因，采取相应措施，有效地改善兰州市环境质量状况。

| Abstract: | During the ninth five-year-plan,the air condition of Lanzhou city did not change much.The pollution level of surface water of the Yellow River in Lanzhou decreased.Noise pollution in the urban area stabilizes.Corresponding measures should target the existing problems and be implemented to effectively improve the environmental quality of Lanzhou. |
