| 摘 要： | 开展开发区环境规划工作，是实现开发区经济持续、和谐发展的一项十分重要的前提性工作。本文结合开发区建设的特点，探讨了开发区环境规划的性质、指导思想、原则、思路和重点，并指出开发区环境规划应注意的问题，以期为开发区环境保护和环境管理工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | Environmental planning is a significant work for the sustainable and harmonious economical development of (development) (regions). The paper discusses the characteristics,guidelines,principles,thought and emphases of the environmental planning of (development) regions according to the characteristics of development regions construction, then points out some questions that should be paid attention to in the environmental carrying,so as to provide some references for the environment protection and management of (development) regions. |
