| 摘 要： | 广东省耕地资源存在的主要问题是：耕地资源数量和人均耕地面积逐年减少，耕地资源质量下降，后备资源贫乏．要缓解这种紧张局势，必须抓好如下措施：切实保护好现有耕地，加大后备耕地资源的开发力度，健全土地法制法规，加强环境的综合治理．不断提高耕地的利用率和生产力．

| Abstract: | The principal problems existing in arable land resources in Guangdong are continual decrease in quantity,lowering in per capita area, lowering in quality, and deficient in exploitable resources. Some measures such as protecting the existing arable land, enhancing the exploitation of barren land, improving the alw and regulation of land management,strengthening the comprehensive harness of environment, and heightening the utilization ratio and productibility of arable land should be taken to relieve the situaation. |
