论国内的环境责任保险制度

介绍目前我国环境责任保险制度的现状的基础上，通过对目前我国在环境污染损害赔偿中存在的问题进行分析，提出在我国建立环境责任保险制度的必要性及如何完善该项制度的措施。同时通过介绍国外的先进经验，结合我国的实际情况就如何完善我国的环境保险制度方面提出了具体的建议。

Discussion on The Insurance System for Domestic Environment Impact

Based on the presentation of domestic status of insurance system for environment responsibilities and discussion on problems existing in environmental disputes, the necessity to perfect insurance system for environment responsibilities and know-how for solving environmental dispute were presented, on the other hand in terms of overseas experience and domestic status, some suggestions were made to perfect mentioned system.
