黄河水中氨基酸对铅(Ⅱ)与悬浮粒子相互作用的影响

摘    要:研究了五种氨基酸对黄河水中铅 ( )与悬浮粒子相互作用的离子交换率 E( % )— p H关系曲线的影响 ,结果表明 :( 1)水体中五种氨基酸浓度分别为 2μmol· L- 1 时提高 E( % )的顺序是 :组氨酸 >脯氨酸 >丙氨酸 >天门冬氨酸 >赖氨酸 ;( 2 )与未加有机物相比“S型曲线”左移 0 .4~ 1.3个 p H单位 ,Δ p H左移值顺序为 :组氨酸 >天门冬氨酸 >丙氨酸 >赖氨酸 >脯氨酸 ;( 3 )随着脯氨酸、丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸和胱氨酸浓度增加 ,离子交换率提高。

Abstract:Effect of five Amino acids on the curves of ion exchange ratio E(%)-pH of interaction between Pb(Ⅱ) and suspended particles in the yellow river was studied.The results showed that:(1)The capacity of five amino acids(2μmol·L -1 ) in enhancing the ion exchange ratio is ranked as:histidine>prdine>alanine>aspartic acid>lysine;(2)As compared to the control experiment,the “S-shaped”curve of amino acids moves to the direction of lower pH value by about 0.4 to 1.3 unit,and the order is ranked as:histidine>aspartic acid>alanine>lysine>proline;(3)The ion exchange ratio enhancing as the concentration of proline.alanine.aspartic acid and cystine rise.
