摘    要:依据离子浮选分离法的摹本原理,提出了用分光光度法测定水中痕量镉的方法。用聚氧化乙烯(23)月桂醚作镉离子的捕收剂,快速而选择性地富集于气液界面,在最佳的体系条件下,取水样1L,检测限可低至0.03μg,相对标准偏差为10.2%,标准加入回收率达90%~110%,分析一次样品仅需40min。

Abstract:Ion flotation followed by spectrophotometric determination of trace cadmium in water is reported. It's based on the formation of complex from cadmium through reaction with polyoxyethylene (23) lauryl ether as a collector. Cadmium is rapidly and selectively collected into gas-liquid interface. Under the optimum conditions established, down to 0.03ug of Cd in 1 liter of sample can be determined. The precision of the ion flotation-spectrophotornetric procedure, expressed in terms of relative standard deviation is 10.2%. The standard addition recovery of Cd was 90~110%. Analysis can be carried out in about 40 minutes.
