| 摘 要： | 纵观苏州市含铜废液的产生与处置现状,苏州处置单位的合理布局可实现苏州含铜废液的较近处置。分析比较两种典型的废铜蚀刻液回收处置工艺,即加工硫酸铜工艺和废铜蚀刻液再生及铜的回收工艺,从清洁生产、循环经济角度看,废铜蚀刻液再生及铜的回收工艺是一种循环经济与资源、环境、社会效益三者相结合的清洁生产技术,将逐步成为废铜蚀刻液处理处置的主流。
