摘    要:对粉煤灰-SBR处理染料废水的特性进行了试验研究,分别考察泥龄、冲水比、温度及冲击负荷对处理效果的影响,寻找合适的运行参数。试验结果表明:泥龄影响出水水质,最佳泥龄为20d;充水比λ越小废水处理效果越好,适宜的充水比为0.5~0.55;温度低于25℃时,随着温度的降低处理效果变差,试验在保证出水水质的情况下,最低运行温度为18℃;通过改变进水的水质发现,粉煤灰-SBR抗冲击能力较强,系统运行比较稳定。

Abstract:The characteristics of the dyeing wastewater by FA - SBR process is studied in the laboratory, the factors in fluencing the performing efficiency of the system were investigated, including sludge age, feed rate, temperature and impact loading. The study showed, the optimal sludge age is 20 days; the treatment effect became better when the feed rate (X)was reduced, the fitting feed rate is 05 -0. 55 ; the temperature is below 25℃, the effect became worse when the temperature was lowered, the lowest adaptation temperature was 18℃ ; The system displayed a higher resistance to shock and sound stability.
