降解空气有机污染物纳米涂料的初步研究

摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯TiO2和掺杂改性TiO2纳米溶胶涂料,并用浸-拉法把此纳米涂料涂覆于基体表面。掺杂改性与未改性TiO2纳米溶胶涂料的结构用X射线衍射仪(XRD)进行了分析,纳米表面形貌用透射电子显微镜(TEM)进行了观测,并进行了在可见光下降解丙酮的实验研究。实验结果表明:掺杂适量的Ce离子对TiO2进行改性,制备的纳米涂料能够一定程度上在可见光下降解空气污染物。

Abstract:Sol-gel process was applied to preparing Ce-doped nano-coating materials with the method of dip-drawing. Comparative study is conducted for doped and un-doped TiO2 using XRD, and morphology of nano -materials surface was observed using TEM. Degradation experiment was carried out on acetone and showed that Ce-modified TiO2 nano-coating can enhance degradation of acetone with irradiation of visible light.
