| Abstract: | Based on the facts of a shortage of energy sources,which has highly restricted the economic development and people's living improvement in coastal area and islands.The research and utilization of the oceanic energy were analyzed and evaluated internal and overseas,and some ideas and policy suggestions on the oceanic energy use in China were brought forward. |
