| 摘 要： | 网络远程教育是随着计算机技术、多媒体技术、网络通信技术的发展而形成的一种新型教育方式.本文针对我国网络远程教育的现状,分析我国目前制约网络远程教育的客观问题,提出了一些看法和措施,旨在说明提高教学质量是确保网络远程教育发展的关键因素.

| Abstract: | Network distance education is a new education form with the development of computer technology, multimedia technology and network communications technology. In view of the current situation of the network distance education in China, the authors analyze the problems which confine the network distance education, put forward some views and measures, and state that improving the teaching quality is the key factor to ensure the development of the network distance education. |
