空气中SO2,PM2.5浓度水平与居民每日门诊就诊人次的动态研究

通过对１９９５年重庆渝中区空气中ＳＯ２、ＰＭ２．５浓度水平与居民每日就诊人数的动态观察发现：居民内科各月门认及诊人次按病种分类显示，慢性阻塞性肺部疾病（ＣＯＰＤ）在空气ＳＯ２、ＰＭ２．５空气浓度水平出现峰值的一月份呈现高峰；各年龄组四大类疾病的延迟七日的门诊女性就认人次中，ＣＯＰＤ和循环系统疾病的就诊人次与ＳＯ２、ＰＭ２．５浓度相关系数在０．４－０．７之间，有较为密切的关系。ＣＯＰＤ的时间聚集性分

Tendency Research on the Relationship between the Outpatient Visits Per Day and SO2,PM2.5 Concentration Levels of Air

Through the tendency research on the relationship between the outpatient visits per day and SO2,PM2.5 concentration levels of air at Yuzhong District of Chongqing in 1995,it was discovered that the highest peak of the outpatient visits of Chronic Obstruct Pulmonary Disease(COPD) occurred in January,in which there was the highest peak of SO2,PM2.5 concentration levels in the light of the different clinics monthly.In the outpatient visits that was 7 days later than the monitoring time of SO2,PM2.5,the correlation coefficients of SO2,PM2.5concentration with the outpatient visits of COPD and circulation system disease are between 0.40.7for four clinics of the different age groups,so their relationship is more closed.The scan statistic of COPD showed that the time period of COPD outpatient visits increase was concentrated on January,7th to 24th,however concentration levels . of SO2,PM2.5 were also at high peak on January,1st to 24th.There was significance of the scan statistic during this period.It was proved that there was an evident relationship of the delayed effect between COPD outpatient visits increase and SO2,PM2.5 levels.
