海洋环境中渗锌层和锌铬涂层的耐蚀性研究

摘    要:通过采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等电化学方法和中性盐雾试验,研究了粉末渗锌和锌铬涂层在海洋环境中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,锌铬涂层耐蚀性优于渗锌,表面封闭处理可进一步提高锌铬涂层对基体的保护能力,体现出协同效应。

Abstract:Polarization curves,EIS measurement and salt spay test were employed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of sherardizing and zinc-chromium coating in marine environment.The results showed that the zinc-chromium coating has a superior corrosion resistance to sherardizing.The sealing modification of the coating surface can further improve its corrosion resistance,which can be attributed to the synergistic effect between zinc-chromium coating and surface modification.
