摘    要:通过研究技术扩散的各种路径,具体结合我国低碳技术发展的实际状况,建立了低碳技术扩散的四轮驱动模型.我国要实现低碳技术大规模扩散,首先要借鉴国外先进的低碳技术和经验,然后带动我国低碳技术的自主创新,使我国低碳产业走上高速和可持续发展的道路.
