| 摘 要： | 人口迁移与发展是移民研究关注的一个重点.根据目前云南山区移民的实际情况,探讨了全面发展目标下的山区移民发展机制,重点分析了资源环境、工程建设与自然保护三个移民驱动因素,提出了区内搬迁与区际搬迁两个搬迁发展模式.结合实际,对不同搬迁模式下移民安置发展中存在的经济、社会与环境受益一风险进行了分析,提出了移民科学发展框架和相关策略.
