| Abstract: | In this paper, the elements of major accident prevention and control system and the legal requirements of major hazard control and emergency system were introduced It is describe that the major hazard Identification and control are the prerequisite and the base for the enterprises to estabhsh accident emergency system and acci- dent prerention and control system, The countermeasures are discussed for the enterprises to control major hazards and to make emergency planning. |
