| Abstract: | Fire disasters could accompany earthquakes. More than fifty earthquakes over the world which were accompanied by fire disasters are catalogued. Several well known events are discussed in some detail. The main reasons, for which fire disasters occurred in earthquakes, and some related factors are summarised. |
