“八五”期间云南省环境质量变化趋势及对策

“八五”期间云南省的环境形势依然严峻，污染物排放量持续增加，部分河流、湖泊受到严重污染，全省半数以上的城市大气环境质量达不到三级标准，噪声污染仍在加重。改善环境质量必须坚持可持续发展战略，加强环保法制建设和执法力度，使环境与经济、社会协调发展。

Trend of Yunnan Environment Quality in the Eighth Five-Year Period and Its Measures

In the eighth five-year period,environmental situation in Yunnan is still very serious.Pollutant discharge is still increasing,and some lakes and rivers have been greatly polluted.Atmospheric environment quality in more than half cities in the whole province is lower than Grade Three.Noise pollution is deteriorating.We must adhere to sustainable development strategy to improve environment quality,and must effectively enforce environmental regulations for coordinate development of environment,economics and society.
