Mechanical Dust Collector Selection and Performance Evaluation Guide

The purpose of Informative Report No. 4 is to establish guidelines which will allow the proper specification of mechanical dust collectors by the prospective suppliers, the proper evaluation of competitive bids by the prospective user, and the proper evaluation of performance under actual operating conditions by both supplier and user in satisfaction of contractural obligations.
