Two applications of the newly devised process evaluation criterion are described: (7) the transformation of process data concerning the air pollution sources into machine language so that it may be correlated with Chicago’s Emission Inventory; and, (2) the application of its principles to the administration of the permit system. This criterion for the evaluation of process activity is completely different from any other method used throughout the country. Examples of its application are given. |
