| 摘 要： | 选取5种电子产品常用的金属及镀覆层材料,开展西沙天然暴露试验与人工盐雾试验。研究了材料的腐蚀评级变化趋势,对比分析了材料在2种不同试验条件下的腐蚀行为的联系与差异。结果表明9,6 h盐雾试验能够快速发现材料、工艺设计、质量控制等方面的欠缺,但部分缺陷很难通过盐雾试验暴露出来。

| Abstract: | Five kinds of metal commonly used in electronic product were exposed in Xisha station and tested with salt fog test.The corrosion was graded and corrosion behaviors were compared for the two conditions.The result showed that some faults in material,technical design,and quality control can appear in short time salt fog test,but some faults do not appear in salt fog test test. |
