摘 要: | 设计的有机固废厌氧消化设备主要特点有:1)在线式、全过程监测T、pH及ORP;2)发酵罐采用导热油作为热媒,具有良好的加热性能;3)发酵罐具有良好的保温效能,冬季中温发酵每天减补热量可达70%;4)自动加热、自动控温;5)具有过压及过温保护装置;6)开发的自动数据采集系统,界面友好,适用性强。

Abstract: | The features of the designed anaerobic digestion equipment of organic solid waste are as below: 1) on-line and all-course monitoring of T,pH and ORP;2) digestion tank uses oil as thermal media and has better heating function;3) digestion tank has better heat-insulation funtion,heat lost is only 30%/d in winter;4) auto-heating and auto-controlling temperature are realized;5) over-persure and over-temperature protection installations are equiped;6) data acquisition system has good interface and strong adaptability. |
