大型储罐变形评估技术研究及应用

用在线外检测法研究解决超期服役的立式圆柱形大型常压储罐的变形问题,包括储罐罐壁横向偏转和纵向倾斜。设计了一种罐壁坐标点测量方法,通过使用坐标转换的理论,解决了同一圈板上检测点在不同坐标系中的问题。建立了横向偏转和罐壁纵向倾斜的计算方法,用最小二乘法拟合出基准圆和其他圈板的圆心和半径,分析储罐横向偏转允许偏差和罐壁倾斜评估指标的应用范围。利用设计的测量方法,对某油库内一座内浮顶储罐进行了数据测量,将其代入建立的数学模型,对比规范要求的指标,得到了在役储罐的变形状况。

Studyand Application of Large Storage Tank Transformation Appraisal Technology

Through on-line detection method, the attempt is made to study and solve the transformation problems of large vertical and cylindrical atmospheric storage tank which extends the continuous service, including the lateral deflection and longitudinal inclination of the wall of storage tank. Firstly, a way to measure the coordinate point of tank wall is designed.Through the philosophy of coordinate transformation,the problems of the detection point on the same girth sheet in different coordinate systems. Secondly, the calculation method for lateral deflection and longitudinal inclination of the tank wall is built. The centerand radius of basic circle and other girth sheets is fit through least square fit. Besides, the application scope for the evaluation index of lateral deflection allowable deviation of storage tank and inclination of tank wall is analyzed. Ultimately, the data of an inner floating roof storage tank in certain oil depot is mea-sured through the measuring method for design. By substituting it into the built mathematic model and comparing the index of code requirement, the transformation condition of the storage tank being used is obtained.
