| 摘 要： | 根据近年来对生态影响型建设项目竣工环保验收调查报告的技术审查情况，对环保验收调查工作和报告编制中存在的问题进行了分析、总结，指出技术报告中存在的一系列共性问题，包括工程概况、环境保护目标、措施，以及生态影响、污染影响、环境风险、公众意见等专题调查方面存在的问题，并分析了原因，最后提出针对性的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the technical review work regarding the check and acceptance of environmental protection for ecological impacted construction projects in recent years, this paper gathers the problems existed in the investigation concerning check and acceptance of environmental protection and report development, indicates and also analyzes some common issues in the areas of technical reports, namely project background, environmental protection targets and raeasures, ecological impacts, pollution impact, and public opinion. and finally brings forward some corresponding suggestions. |
